About the Club:

Gentle Hours Mail Club is a heartfelt project created with the hope of bringing gentle light to someone’s day.Each month carries a new theme, filled with curated art prints, letters, and tiny surprises, all inspired by the slow moments and quiet beauty found in everyday life.Every mail is a small reminder to pause, breathe, and find peace in your own gentle hours. Because sometimes, it’s the quiet moments that make life gentle.

How to sign-up?

You may manually sign up each month through the provided form, you can choose to join for that specific month or skip it. You can also subscribe via Patreon or Ko-Fi for automatic monthly billing. International members are welcome!

About Subscription

When you subscribe through Patreon or Ko-Fi, you’ll be charged automatically each month on the same day you joined, and you can cancel anytime. Join until the 22nd of the month to receive THAT month's mail. Join beyond that date and you'll receive next month's mail. (e.g., Join anytime from January 22 and receive January's mail. Join from January 23-31 and receive February's mail).

Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are not accepted, as every item is handmade especially for you.To international members: Please make sure your local postal system is reliable before joining. Once your mail is handed over to the post office, its journey is out of my control, and I won’t be responsible for any lost or undelivered mail. I hope you can consider this carefully before signing up.

Mail Tracking

To keep it affordable, international mails are untracked by default, but you may opt for tracked shipping for an additional $3.For PH members, mails are sent and tracked via J&T Express.All tracking details will be sent to your inbox once your mail has been sent out.

Mailing Schedule and Delivery Time

Gentle Hours art mails are sent out every week. You'll be notified once your mail has been sent out.• Philippines: receive your mail within 7 business days via J&T Express
• International: anywhere from a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on your location and local postal service.It's called a snail mail club for a reason, part of the magic is not knowing exactly when your little envelope of gentleness will appear in your mailbox.
